Allen Kelley has written or published 10 books along with numerous magazine articles and Op=Ed pieces. He attended the Duke University School of Creative Writing and Rochester Institute of Technology. He also published the Florida Disaster Recovery Newsletter. Allen also wrote a PC technology column for a popular newspaper for a period of time.
